Ecological Surveys
This is an initial bat scoping survey which can be completed at anytime of the year during daylight hours. These surveys are required to inform planning applications for various types of development.
The stage two survey is a Bat Emergence/Re-entry Survey which is required to assess bat presence or absence. It follows on from a preliminary bat survey.
A Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) assessment will be required for larger housing developments. These reports show how developments impact the biodiversity of a site.
This survey consists of a habitat appraisal which includes an assessment of your site and any protected species which may be present.
Ecological Supervision
Also known as Ecological Clerk of Works and often required when construction activities are likely to impact certain species such as reptiles.
Reptile Survey
A survey consisting of multiple site visits between April - September to assess the presence or absence of reptiles.
